• The MAPS IT examiner uses a secure, on-line web session during which our auditor can see your IT staff's computer screen. During these sessions, we assist your staff to collect screen prints and reports of various bank security configuration settings and related information.

• Some of the screen prints and reports required for the audit are collected off-line by your staff rather than through an on-line web session described above. The selection and scope of the off-line process depends on the skill levels of your staff, the ability to synchronize schedules with the MAPS auditor, and other practical issues.
